Mr. Shaikh Md. Ruhul Amin serves as the Chairman of TriEdge Ventures Ltd., bringing a rare combination of academic depth, institutional leadership, and diversified business experience to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History. His academic foundation has shaped a structured, analytical, and historically informed approach to leadership, governance, and long-term decision-making.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Amin is deeply engaged in institutional and community leadership. He serves as the President of Dhaka Women’s College, reflecting his strong commitment to education, talent development, and institutional growth. He is also a member of Uttara Club Limited, underscoring his active participation in Dhaka’s professional and business community.
Mr. Amin’s business portfolio spans multiple sectors. In addition to his role at TriEdge Ventures Ltd., he is the Chairman of Sandton Ltd. and holds proprietorship of RSB International, a customs clearance and freight forwarding agency. He also serves as Director of Swift Freight International, an established international logistics company founded in 1999 with extensive experience in global cargo movement, multimodal logistics coordination, and cross-border freight management, particularly across Asia, Europe, and North America.
This blend of academic grounding, educational leadership, logistics expertise, and corporate governance experience positions Mr. Amin as a disciplined, governance-oriented leader. Managing Director
Mr. Provas Chandra Das is the Managing Director of TriEdge Ventures Ltd., bringing over 22 years of progressive leadership experience in multinational industrial and manufacturing environments. He has held senior leadership roles with Coats, a globally recognized British multinational, where he developed a strong reputation for driving operational excellence across complex, high-volume manufacturing operations.
Mr. Das possesses deep expertise in end-to-end manufacturing management, Lean Six Sigma–driven productivity improvement, digital and Industry 4.0 transformation, and sustainability and ESG integration. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity, optimized conversion costs, and strengthened environmental, safety, and governance performance, while building and leading high-performing, performance-driven teams aligned with world-class manufacturing standards.
In his most recent role as Manufacturing Director, Mr. Das successfully led large-scale, multi-site operations with responsibility for over 1,800 employees, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex systems, diverse workforces, and disciplined execution frameworks. His leadership is characterized by strong governance, data-driven decision-making, and a hands-on approach to operational transformation.
Mr. Das holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA from Finance, supported by professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and NEBOSH International Health & Safety. His international exposure includes a strategic advisory assignment in Thailand, where he played a key role in restructuring engineering functions to improve resource utilization, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance—further reinforcing his capability to lead transformation across geographies and cultures.

Mr. Vojon Kumer Saha serves as Director of TriEdge Ventures Ltd., bringing with him a strong entrepreneurial foundation and extensive leadership experience in the apparel accessories and packaging industry. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of R.B. Packaging & Printers Ltd., a well-established manufacturing organization recognized for its consistent growth, financial stability, and long-standing partnerships with internationally reputed brands.
Mr. Saha holds Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) and Master of Social Science (MSS) degrees in Economics, equipping him with a solid academic grounding in economic analysis, strategic planning, and financial management. His professional expertise spans business strategy, financial governance, and end-to-end apparel supply chain operations, enabling him to effectively align operational execution with long-term commercial objectives.
A respected industry figure, Mr. Saha is an active Member of BGAPMEA (Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association), reflecting his strong engagement within the country’s export manufacturing ecosystem. He is also a member of several prominent professional and social institutions, including the Army Golf Club (Dhaka Cantonment), Uttara Club Limited, and Dhaka Boat Club Limited, underscoring his broad professional network and leadership presence.
